Darnesha was very professional,dr Keller and pri pri took good care of me the procedure was smooth and didn’t hurt at all!! And chyla was great aftercare. I’m so glad I came to the dentist of fort myers!!!

Easy to get an appointment. Everyone I met that works there is very friendly and competent (Darnesha & Kyla at the front desk, Chyla and Eduary in x-ray and cleaning, and Dr. Morejon.) Kyla came in and explained the planned procedures and my insurance coverage, and Dr Morejon sat down and spent time asking questions and explaining things to me. Not rushed at all. State-of-the-art equipment, very clean and comfortable facility. My only “complaint” is that the new patient paperwork is all digital…no paper and pen. Do yourself a favor and do it from home. They have their own MyChart (like LeeHealth), so you have to create it online. You can link them later.

I don't usually enjoy going to the dentist because I often feel like some offices recommend treatments that may not always be necessary. However, during my visit here, I felt confident that the dentist and clinical staff were honest and genuinely cared about my treatment. I was very pleased with the care I received. My only concern was with the front office staff. They weren't as friendly as I expected, and I needed more explanation about the financing option I applied for. It seemed like they didn't have much knowledge about how it worked and mainly directed me to read the information myself. When I asked how much I should apply for, the response was simply, "I don't know," which wasn't very helpful. Overall, the treatment itself was excellent, and I appreciate the care I received. I just hope the front office can improve its customer service and provide better guidance regarding financial options.
